Assignment 2 : Drawing Basic Space

This is my given space.Yeah!!! I know, it is challenging as there are lots of furniture to draw.
Introduction :
This assignment serves as an introductory exercise to how drawing conventions and calculation is used in the field. Students will be given a space and are required to reproduce the set of drawings of the space.
This is an individual work but I can measure the space given with my group. My given space is Student Life Center (Career Lounge).
Requirement
I am required to draw the following :
a) Floor Plan
b) Elevation 1
c) Elevation 2
d) Section

Step 1 : Take Photos and Measure , Measure, Measure
In order to make life easier, I had formed a WhatsApp group for groups whose given space is SLC too. Then, we divided the tasks equally and conduct measurement separately. We literally took pics of everything! EVERYTHING !! These are just some of the pictures we taken!
Step 2 : Compile All The Information and Remeasure If Necessary
After reorganising the information, we posted up the measurement that we have onto WhatsApp group. Well..We cannot assume all group get the exact same measurement for all the things in our space. So.. some of us willing remeasure to clear up doubts.. These are some of our sketches done by four groups for us to refer...

Step 3 : Produce your preliminary drawings
The more you ask your tutor, the better you get to understand how to draw it.
We have to show our progress drawings every week to our tutor and get feedback to amend our drawings. But EVERY TUTOR has their own preferences so better be SMART to ABSORB and DIGEST THE ADVICE given by your tutor.
Thank God !! I have my own light board for me to trace my drawings!! Save lots of time!!
I would recommend you to buy one from LAZADA , Save PLENTY of time!!!

REFLECTION
It is true that this assignment is quite challenging for me as there are lots f furniture to draw. Plus, my result for Assignment 2 group work is bad. So, I have to put extra effort to score better in this course. And, of course, drawing is not always my cup of tea It requires lots of patience and hardwork to accomplish better quality of work.

I am able to solve problems on how to draw more smooth curve and avoid jaggered line by using circle template.
I am able to communicate with my tutor on my doubt in this assignment and explain my progression drawings.
I learnt the ways to write dimensions, to apply suitable line weights and annotations.
