ASSIGNMENT 1(B) :
BASIC ORTHOGRAPHIC DRAWINGS
Introduction
In this assignment, students are required to draw the top view, side view and section of a chosen furniture around campus with precise measurement/scale.

My group is the same in Assignment 1A. Therefore, I grouped with Swen Wen, Shi Min, Anne and Bong Ying again.
Instruction
1. Choose ONE furniture around campus. We need to conduct measurement of that particular object.

2. Generate BASIC ORTHOGRAPHIC DRAWINGS that express the 3 dimensional object.

1 TOP VIEW
3 SIDE VIEWS (left/ right/ front/ back)
1 IMAGINARY SECTION

3. Compose all drawings with proper dimension, scale & labeling on ONE A2 board
We all are so HAPPY that the submission was extended to next week, which is a good news for me. That's because we have more time to prepare and do our work properly. AND we don't have to undergo pressure test to finish the assignment during tutorial session. Thank, GOD !

REFLECTION
Throughout this project, I don't think this project was easy as I thought. It involved lots of thinking, consideration, and amendment. We need to imagine how the chair looks like from different views. And it is quite challenging to collect the measurement data. I had learnt how to do things as a team. However, we didn't really did well in this assignment as we got very low grade for this assignment. So... I will improve myself !!!!
TAYLOR'S GRADUATE CAPABILITIES
I had learnt how to draw top view, side view and section view. I had learnt there are some Do's and Dont's when doing this project.
We had used my light box to retrace all the drawings on the A2 paper. Save time.
I had how to communicate with my group members about the problems that I faced, such as drawing techniques.
