The CTS Election
Introduction :

In this project, we are required to form a group of maximum 10 members. Then, we need to come out with my group name, group logo, group manifesto and group photo. After that, we need to collect social votes and physical votes by posting up to Instagram and getting real signatures.
​
I formed a group with Anne, Shi Min, Swen Wen, Angeline, Beverly, Sofea , Joey Tan and Yie Shien.
I am group leader. After I divided the tasks evenly among my group members, they carried out their tasks.

Angeline, Shi Min, Swen Wen, Anne and I collected physical votes together outside Taylor's University Library.
At first, my group members felt shy to ask other students for signatures. However, they became braver and went to collect votes after I had motivated.

REFLECTION
Throughout this project, I learnt how to communicate with others effectively. For instance, I will have to communicate with my group members, who are Beverly, Joey, Sofea, to ensure that they entirely understand the tasks given. It is to avoid misunderstanding.

Furthermore, I learnt the importance of teamwork. It was very vital to have everyone contributing their parts to this project. For example, Anne and Shi Min were willing to try out to collect physical votes in public.

I understood the importance of group work. Therefore, I was willing to contribute as much as possible to help my group to win the election.
Whenever our group faced obstacles, I tried to find out smart solution to tackle the problems.
