Assignment 1
Kenla Corporation
This is a group assignment. I had formed a group with Bong Ying, Yee Shi, Kay Wen, Annice, Ali, Jay, Stephanie, Wei Sing and Madeleine. In this assignment, we are required to propose a 4-storey office building in Subang Jaya. We are required to produce the layout plan, section, elevation, proposed complete design requirement and method statement on not more than 10 A3-sized boards.
Our Group Progress
We had meeting once a week to ensure that we are always on the right track. I am glad that we all cooperate when doing this project. I am glad that some of us throw out their suggestion or ideas. Ali, Jay and Kay Wen are willing to help us to do the model. While, the rest of us focused on doing the boards.

REFLECTION
Throughout this assignment, I learned how to work with 10 people in a group , which is a large group for me. At the beginning, I was afraid that I was unable to lead the group effectively. Thanks to Ali saying that the group leader is selected for official purposes, the most important thing is that we as team works together cohesively. It gives me confidence on leading the group.

Throughout this assignment, I had formed the opinions on the layout of the boards.
In this assignment, I learned that I should be open-minded and accept my friend's opinion. When we are doing the boards, I followed Annice and Madeleine's suggestion on doing the boards.
I learnt how to manage and lead a group. As a leader, I learnt that I should be clear on the brief's requirement and delegate the task to my group.
